Is there a warranty on equipment?
Yes, all equipment comes with a 1-year warranty
Do you sell internationally?
Not at this time. Countries have different protocols and regulations around this technology so we are only selling to US-based customers for the time being.
How difficult is it to install?
If you are comfortable installing smart home devices, you will be able to install meter.me's monitoring products that are compatible with our installer app. Control components are more advanced and require one of our trained professional installers.
